This is composite build ups/ fillings to close the gaps in upper front teeth.
The problem patient presented: Gaps between upper front teeth. Patient has been thinking of doing something to close this gaps between his front teeth.
Options given were :
Patient had adequate bite relationship so I could offer :
- Composite (white) fillings to close gaps
- Porcelain veneers
Patient chose option 1.
Treatment procedures :
- Impression was taken before the treatment and treatment planning was done with the assessment of patient face and smile prior to the treatment;
- No cutting or removing tooth structure was done;
- Cleaned and polished teeth and added white fillings to close the gaps.
Outcome :
Patient was very impressed and happy with the results. He is still returning to our clinic for continuing check up and clean.
