I would like to give a massive thumbs up and thank you to Dr Darshini Ratnaraj from your Manukau branch! She was so attentive and caring with the way she dealt with my complicated and traumatic tooth extraction. She also went above and beyond the call of duty when she called me the next day to check how I was feeling. She really made me feel like a real person and not just a number to be dealt with and forgotten. Don’t be fooled by the slightly dated look of the practice itself. There’s a real gem of a dentist hidden within!
